1. Who these terms are for

This system is the property of MOCHA Midwest Inc. and is provided for the use of our own employees and authorized contractors in the course of their work. It is not offered to the public and there is no public sign-up.

By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by the company and belong to the company, not to the person using them.
An account is personal to you. Do not share your password, and do not let anyone else work under your sign-in.
Everything done under your account is recorded against your name in the audit log.
Tell the office immediately if you think someone else has your password.
Access ends when your employment or engagement ends.

3. What the system is for

Taking and fulfilling wholesale orders, picking and shipping goods, planning delivery routes, and keeping the company's operational records. Use it for that.

Not permitted Using the system for anything other than company business; copying, exporting or passing on customer lists, pricing, cost or margin information to anyone outside the company; trying to reach data your role is not given access to; attempting to bypass or disable any access control; or interfering with the system's operation.

4. Confidentiality

The information in this system — customer lists, addresses, negotiated prices, product costs, margins, supplier terms and staff records — is confidential business information of MOCHA Midwest Inc. It stays inside the company, both while you work here and afterwards.

5. Accuracy of what you enter

Records entered here become the basis for what customers are charged, what leaves the warehouse, and what is entered into the company's accounts. Enter what actually happened. If you make a mistake, correct it or tell the office rather than leaving it.

6. QuickBooks Online

Where the system is connected to the company's QuickBooks Online account, that connection is authorized by the company and may be changed or disconnected by the company at any time. How data from QuickBooks is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the system running during working hours, but it is provided as-is. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a failure at one of the services it depends on. Keep working by the fallback process the office gives you when that happens.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the system is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MOCHA Midwest Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the system after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
